These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the StudyHome website and the services offered through it. By using the site or requesting our services, you agree to these terms in full.

StudyHome is a fee-based education consulting program. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or engage our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.

StudyHome provides education consulting services. These include consultations, document preparation, application submission, visa assistance, accommodation support and pre-departure guidance.

StudyHome is a consultant and facilitator. We do not grant degrees, issue visas or make admission decisions. Those outcomes are determined solely by universities and government authorities.

We prepare and present your application as strongly as we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee admission, visa approval or the award of any scholarship.

Final decisions rest entirely with the universities and the relevant immigration and government authorities. Their judgement is independent of StudyHome.

A non-refundable application fee of EUR 15 is charged to begin processing your application. Once processing has started, this fee is not returned.

A service fee of up to EUR 800 may apply, depending on the package you select. All fees are disclosed to you in writing before you make any payment, so you always know the cost before you commit.

Services are delivered progressively across the stages of your application, from initial consultation through to pre-departure guidance. Timelines depend on university deadlines, embassy schedules and the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

We will keep you informed of progress at each stage and let you know promptly if any external delay affects your case.

The EUR 15 application fee is non-refundable once processing has started.

Service fees may be partially refunded where the corresponding work has not yet started. Once a stage of work has begun, the fee attributable to that stage is not refundable. Refund requests are assessed against the work actually completed at the time of the request.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents and information. Decisions made on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you are your responsibility.

You agree to meet the deadlines we communicate to you and to comply with all applicable laws and with the requirements of the universities and authorities involved in your application.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to StudyHome or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyHome is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or our services, or from decisions made by universities or authorities.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You may end your engagement with StudyHome at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees already due for work completed remain payable, subject to the Refund Policy above.

We may suspend or end our services where there is a breach of these terms, non-payment of agreed fees, or a request to act unlawfully or dishonestly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
